Deposit & Payments
All deposits and advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
Deposits secure scheduling, pre-production planning, and resource allocation, and therefore cannot be returned under any circumstance.
Refund Eligibility for Services
Once a project has begun, no refunds will be issued for services that are in progress or completed.
Refunds do not apply to:
Customized or personalized creative content.
Video, photography, or branding services that have started production.
Digital products, downloads, or licensing fees.
Dovies Studios Cancellation
If Dovies Studios must cancel a project due to internal or technical reasons, clients will receive a full refund of payments made, except for:
External costs such as equipment rentals, third-party subscriptions, or services already paid for on behalf of the client.
